RESPONDENT/COMPLAINANT Petition filed praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the petition filed therewith the High Court may be pleased to modify the condition clause 7(B) as per the order 10.02.2023 in Crl O.P (MD) No.2208 of 2023 on the file of this Honble court that the 1st petitioner may be directed to report before the respondent police as an when required for interrogation on issuance of summon.

Order : This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.MAREES KUMAR.E, Advocate for the petitioner and of Mr.B.THANGA ARAVINDH, Government Advocate(Crl.side) on behalf of the Respondent, the Court made the following order:- This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition has been filed to modify the condition clause 7(B) as per the order dated 10.02.2023 in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.2208 of 2023 on the file of this Court that the first petitioner may be directed to report before the respondent police as and when required for interrogation.

2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate(Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent.

3.This Court by an order dated 10.02.2023 had directed the first petitioner to appear before the respondent police. Since the matter has been amicably settled, the condition imposed by this Court is modified to the effect that the first petitioner shall appear before the respondent police as and when required for interrogation.
