ORDER

It is an application seeking a direction to the third respondent to provide adequate police protection to the petitioners on the basis of the representation given by the first Petitioner on 24.06.2016.

2.Heard the first petitioner Mr.Karuppiah, party-inperson and the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) for the respondents 1 to 3.

3.The first petitioner, party-in-person appeared before the Court and submitted that the respondents 4 to 14 were acting against the interest of the petitioner's family and unnecessarily making troubles to them. Hence, he has given a representation to the respondents 1 to 3. Since the same has not been considered so far, the petitioner is before this Court.

4.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) for the respondents 1 to 3 submitted that the respondent police will consider the representation of the petitioner dated 24.06.2016 and pass appropriate orders.

5.In view of the above submission, the third respondent is directed to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 24.06.2016 and to pass orders in accordance with law. 6.With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
