ORDER

This petition has been filed to direct the respondents to take necessary action against the culprits and prayed for Police Protection for the petitioners life and liberty based on her complaints dated 14.04.2015 & 15.04.2015.

2. The petitioner is the daughter of one K.Jeyakumar. Alleging that she is a major and her father is forcing her to discontinue her studies, the petitioner made a complaint. In the complaint, the petitioner sought for police protection from her father. As the request of the petitioner has not been considered by the respondents police, the present petition is filed.

3.Taking into consideration of the fact that the petitioner is a major, the respondent police is directed to give adequate police protection to the petitioner, as and when she requests. 4.This Criminal Original Petition is ordered accordingly.
