ORDER
The petitioner is a retired Teacher. She retired on attaining superannuation on 31.05.2025. The petitioner with a grievance that the retirement benefits due to this petitioner were not paid, has submitted a representation and filed this writ petition seeking a direction to the respondents to retain the petitioner in old pension scheme and consequently direct the respondents to pay time scale of pay from 06.06.2003 to 18.01.2004. 2.The learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents 1 to 4 submits that the petitioner is not entitled for the benefits of the old pension scheme. 3.This Court has considered the submissions made on either side and perused the available materials in the record. 4.The petitioner was retired from service on 31.05.2025. Admittedly, retirement benefits due to this petitioner were not 3/6
settled till date. In the event if the respondents are taking a stand that this petitioner is not eligible for the old Pension scheme, the same shall be informed to this petitioner by way of an order. The respondents are directed to settle the eligible amount to this petitioner within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order with a calculation memo. In the event, if this petition is still having grievance, it is up to the petitioner to workout her remedy in the manner known to law. Accordingly, this writ petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
