This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the second respondent to register a complaint lodged by the petitioner.
2.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor on instructions submitted that the complaint has been closed as mistake of fact and the RCS notice was also served on the petitioner. 3.Recording the said submission of the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, this Criminal Original Petition is closed. However, liberty is given to the petitioner to file a protest petition and to take appropriate steps.
