ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioners, who are arrayed as A-1 & A-2 apprehend arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the alleged offence punishable under Sections 147, 448, 323 and 506(ii) IPC in C.C.No.273 of 2014 on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate, No.I, Tirunelveli.
2. The learned Counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioners are facing a case for the offence under Sections 147, 448, 323 and 506(ii) IPC and at the time of filing of the charge-sheet, they could not appear before the Court. Therefore, non-bailable warrant were issued against them and they undertake to appear before the Magistrate for all the future hearing dates.
3. Heard the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) on the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioners. 4.Considering the fact that non-bailable warrant was issued on 08.12.2014, I am inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioners. Accordingly, the petitioners are directed to be released on bail in event of arrest or on their appearance before the learned Judicial https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ Magistrate, No.I, Tirunelveli, on their executing a bond for a sum of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees ten Thousand only) to the satisfaction of the
learned Judicial Magistrate concerned and on further condition that the petitioners shall appear before the trial Court on all the dates of hearings except on those days by filing a petition under Sections 317 Cr.P.C. by assigning valid reasons. The petitioners shall comply with the condition stipulated under Section 438 Cr.P.C. Scrupulously.
5.
