PRAYER: Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue a Writ of Mandamus directing the respondents to Issue the Hall Ticket to the petitioner's daughter Surathi Rama and allow the petitioner Daughter to writ the 10th CBSE Board Exam to be Conducted from 17.02.2026 based on the Representation of the petitioner dated 12.02.2026. ORDER

The present writ petition has been filed seeking mandamus to issue hall ticket to the petitioner's daughter to enable her to appear for the 10th standard CBSE examinations to be conducted from 17.02.2026.

2. The learned Standing Counsel appearing for the first and second respondents, on instructions, submitted that the lack of attendance on the part of the writ petitioner's daughter was condoned and a hall ticket has been issued to the petitioner's daughter.
