2.The learned counsel for the third respondent would submit that it is a case of forgery. Forging the documents, they have sold the property to various persons. Crl.O.P.(MD).No.4516 of 2023, was filed by the coaccused in this matter, seeking anticipatory bail and the same was rejected by this court.

3.Since the anticipatory bail application filed by the co-accused was dismissed, let the petitioner appeared before the second respondent herein and co-operate with them to complete the process of enquiry or 2/4

investigation as the case may be. If any trouble arise during the course of enquiry, the petitioners can workout their remedy in appropriate manner and in accordance with law.

4.With the above directions, this criminal original petition is disposed of.
