ORDER

The Writ Petition is filed seeking a direction to the respondents 1 and 2 herein to regularize the appointment of the petitioner herein as Secondary Grade Teacher with effect from 02.06.2003 and pay salary from 02.06.2003 to 25.05.2005, by considering the representation of the petitioner, dated 08.10.2018, on merits and in accordance with law and in the light of the order dated 21.01.2015 in W.P.No.7596 of 2013, passed by this Court.

2. Heard the learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents and perused the materials available on record.

3. The case of the petitioner is that the petitioner was appointed as Secondary Grade teacher in the fourth respondent School. All similarly placed persons' appointments were approved with effect from 02.06.2003. However, the petitioner's appointment was regularized only from 25.06.2005.

Hence, he sent a representation dated 08.10.2018 to the respondents 1 and 2 seeking https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

regularization of his appointment from 02.06.2003. Since the same has not been considered so far, the present writ petition has been filed by the petitioner.

4. The learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents would submit that the petitioner's representation would be considered within a time frame as fixed by this Court.

5. Considering the nature of prayer as sought for by the petitioner, without going into the merits of the petitioner's case, the respondents 1 and 2 are directed to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 08.10.2018 and pass appropriate orders on merits and in accordance with law, after affording an opportunity of hearing to the petitioner, within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

6. The Writ Petition stands disposed of with the above direction. No costs.
