Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court to issue a WRIT OF CERTIORARI, calling for the entire records pertaining to the impugned notice passed by the 1st respondent vide her proceeding Ref.No.R.C.No.6211/12/B1/TNV, dated 24.02.2022 and quash the same and pass such further or other orders as this Honble Court may deem fit and proper in the circumstances of the case and thus render justice.

[Delivered by PARESH UPADHYAY, J.] Challenge in this appeal is made to the order dated 28 February 2022 recorded on W.M.P.(MD) No.3229 of 2022 in W.P(MD) No.3791 of 2022.

Learned Senior Advocate for the appellant seeks permission to withdraw this appeal reserving liberty to agitate the grievance before learned Single Judge where the petition is large open. 3.

In view of above, this appeal is dismissed as withdrawn. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition would not survive.
