ORDER

This Writ Petition has been filed directing the respondents to provide employment under the scheme of Mahatma Gandhi National Rural Employment Guarantee Scheme (MNREGS) by considering the petitioner's representation dated 07.02.2022.

2. The contention of the petitioner is that she is having a personal land dispute with the fifth respondent who is blocking to grant an employment to the petitioner's family. She and her family are eking their livelihood by the employment granted to them. Therefore, the respondents 1 to 4 are directed to consider the petitioner's representation compassionately within a period of four

(4) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

3. With the above said direction, this Writ Petition is allowed. There shall be no order as to costs.
