Order : This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of Mr.S.KARTHIK, Advocate for the petitioner and of Mr.P.KOTTAICHAMY, Government Advocate(Crl.side) on behalf of the Respondent, the Court made the following order:- 1/3

This petition is filed to extend the period of time for surrender and to comply with the conditional order passed by this Court in Crl.M.P(MD).No.10250 of 2023 in Crl.O.P(MD).No.9134 of 2023 dated 19.07.2023.

2. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioners submits that the child of the petitioners was affected illness and therefore, the petitioners did not execute the sureties in time and have not appeared before the trial Court. Hence, he seeks time to comply with the condition imposed upon the petitioners.

3. In view of the same, time granted by this Court, vide order dated 19.07.2023, is extended finally for a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order, failing which, the anticipatory bail granted to the petitioners shall stand automatically vacated.
