Side) for the respondents, this Court made the following order: The father of the petitioner namely C.Natarajan, D.No.281, Yarcaud Main Road, Korimedu, Salem, is suo motu impleaded as third respondent. CRL OP(MD). No.4309 of 2020 2.The petitioner states that she apprehends threat to her life at the hands of her father and other relatives. The petitioner is now said to be residing in Othakadai Police limits. Since it is an inter-caste marriage, the apprehension of the petitioner cannot be said to be unfounded. Therefore, the second respondent is directed to ensure that no harm befalls the petitioner or her husband viz., Karthick.
