O R D E R

Heard Mr.T.Vadivelan, learned Counsel for the petitioner and Mr.B.Saravanan, learned Additional Government Pleader for the respondents 1 to 3 and Mr.M.Suresh, learned Counsel for the newly impleaded fourth respondent.

2.The petitioner seeks for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus to directing the 2nd and 3rd respondents to consider the petitioner's representation dated 24.01.2025.

3.It is seen from the documents produced along with the typed set of papers that the the Revenue Divisional Officer has already conducted necessary enquiry and passed a considered order on 25.09.2024 in Ni.Mu.No.2629/2024/A3. The petitioner only seeks for implementation 2/5

of the said order at the hands of the third respondent. 4.The learned Additional Government Pleader would submit that pursuant to the order passed by the Revenue Divisional Officer, on 25.09.2024, proposal has been sent to the Commissioner of Land Administration for necessary approval and on such approval being obtained from the Commissioner of Land Administration, further orders would be passed on the petitioner's representation. 5.The learned Counsel appearing for the newly impleaded fourth respondent submit that the 4th respondent had already filed a suit for declaration, which is pending before the Sub Court, Aranthangi, in O.S.No.102 of 2024.

6.In view of the fact that the order of the Revenue Divisional Officer, dated 25.09.2024, not being challenged as on date, it shall be open to the fourth respondent to take appropriate legal steps in the matter, before the Commissioner of Land Administration passes any final orders. Subject to any further orders passed by the Commissioner of 3/5

Land Administration, the third respondent shall implement the order of the second respondent.
