This Criminal Original petition has been filed under Section 482 of Criminal Procedure Code to call for the first information report pertaining to the case in Cr.No.6 of 2014 on the file of the Inspector of Police, All Women Police Station, Srivilliputhur, Virudhunagar District and quash the same.

2.Heard both sides.

3.When this case is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) has submitted that in this case, after completing the investigation, charge-sheet has been filed https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

before the jurisdictional Judicial Magistrate and the same has been taken on file in P.R.C.No.31 of 2014 and subsequently, the case has been committed to the Sessions Court and taken on file as S.C.No.182/14 and made over to the Mahila Court. He further submitted that subsequently, the said case has been ended in acquittal on 29.07.2015.

4.Recording the aforesaid submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side), this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as infructuous. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
