ORDER
According to the petitioner, the petitioner has been harassed at the hands of the respondent police. Hence, the petitioner is before this Court with the aforesaid prayer.
2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the first respondent would submit that the complaint preferred by the second respondent has been enquired and the same was closed. 3.In view of the above, nothing survives for further adjudication in this Criminal Original Petition. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed.
