2.It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner had already been moved an application for anticipatory bail in Crl.O.P.(MD).No.15370 of 2014 and this Court also granted anticipatory bail to the petitioner. But the petitioner has not complied with the condition within the stipulated time. Hence, he filed the second application for the very same crime number. 3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) would submit that the petitioner is detained under Act 14 of 1982.
4.In view of the above, this criminal original petition is dismissed.
