3. It is admitted that he is facing prosecution in C.C.No.107 of 2011 on the file of the Judicial Magistrate No.3, Dindigul. The petitioner has to necessarily move the trial Magistrate for relief. The petitioner is given permission to file MP seeking the relief now sought for. After the same is filed, it shall be disposed of within a period of three weeks thereafter.
