ORDER

The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner wants to withdraw this writ petition as the petitioner inadvertently, approached this Court, without knowing that the prayer sought for in this writ petition cannot be granted by this Court and in this regard, he would further submit that the petitioner seeks liberty of this Court to approach the appropriate forum i.e. Civil Court to workout his remedy and he has also made an endorsement to that effect in the bundle. Recording the said submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner as well as the endorsement he has made, this writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn with such liberty. No costs.
