ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner, who is arrayed as A2 in Crime No.63 of 2015 on the file of the respondent police, was arrested and remanded to judicial custody on 19.03.2015 for the alleged offences punishable under Section 3 of TNPPDL Act, hence, seeks bail.

2.The case of the prosecution is that the accused damaged the wind screen of the bus belonged to the Corporation causing damage of Rs.6,000/-.

3.The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner is an innocent person and he has been falsely implicated in this case.

4.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) would submit that the petitioner has no previous case.

5.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this Court is inclined to grant bail to the petitioner with certain conditions. Accordingly, the petitioner is ordered to be released on bail on executing a bond for a sum of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand only) with two sureties each for a like sum to the satisfaction of the learned https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ Judicial Magistrate, Srivaikundam and on further condition that the petitioner shall deposit a sum of Rs.3,000/- to the credit of Crime No.63
