Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for issuance of Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, to call for the records in connection with the impugned order passed by the third respondent vide Refusal check slip number RFL/Tirukkattupalli/96/2021 dated 18.10.2021 and the consequential impugned order passed by the third respondent vide Refusal check slip number RFL/Tirukkattupalli/99/2021 dated 20.10.2021, quash the same and consequently direct the respondents 1 to 3 herein to register the sale deed executed through the pre-registration S.No.1 [D 601] Temporary number TP/106267749/2021 dated 20.10.2021 in the light of judgment passed in W.P.No.19745 of 2020 dated 11.02.2021 by this Court within a stipulated time as fixed by this Court. O R D E R

This Writ Petition has been filed challenging the impugned refusal check slip issued by the third respondent dated 18.10.2021 refusing to register the sale deed presented by the petitioner for registration.

2.Heard Ms.S.Bharathi Kannan, learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner and Mr.S.Shanmugavel, learned Additional Government Pleader who accepts notice on behalf of the respondents. 1/3

3.It is brought to the notice of this Court by the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents that aggrieved by the order dated 18.10.2021 which has been challenged in this writ petition, the petitioner has simultaneously filed a statutory appeal before the second respondent. 4.Learned Counsel for the petitioner, on instructions, would submit that if a direction is given by this Court to dispose of the statutory appeal filed by the petitioner within a time frame to be fixed by this Court, the petitioner would be satisfied. 5.No prejudice would be caused to the respondents if such an exercise is done.

6.After recording the submissions made by the respective Counsels, this Court directs the second respondent to dispose of the statutory appeal filed by the petitioner challenging the order dated 18.10.2021 passed by the third respondent refusing to register the sale deed presented by the petitioner for registration and pass final orders on merits and in accordance with law within a period of twelve [12] weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 7.With the above direction, this Writ Petition stands disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
