2. Today, when the writ petitions are taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the second respondent submits that the documents sought for in the writ petitions, were already furnished to the 2/3
petitioners. The same has also been stated in the counter affidavit filed by the second respondent.
3. In view of the submission made by the learned counsel for the second respondent that the documents sought for in the writ petitions, were already furnished to the petitioners, both the writ petitions are closed.
4. The second respondent shall permit the petitioners to submit their explanations and after receipt of the same, proceed with the departmental proceedings. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
