The above petition has been filed seeking orders to set aside the dismissal order, dated 28.07.2025 and to restore the CMP(MD)No.10663 of 2025 in CMA(MD) SR No.48972 of 2025.

2.It is seen from the records that the petitioner's earlier application in CMP(MD) No.18858 of 2025, to condone the delay in filing the restoration petition was allowed on 18.03.2026. 3.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned counsel appearing for the respondents.

4.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and also taking note of the reasons assigned, this Court is inclined to allow this petition. Accordingly, this petition is ordered.
