ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioners, apprehend arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the alleged offences punishable under Sections 465, 467, 468, 471, 415 and 420 I.P.C in Crime No. 47 of 2017, on the file of the respondent police, seek anticipatory bail.

2. The case of the prosecution is that the petitioners committed the offence of creating forged documents in order to grab the land belonging to the Trichirappalli Municipal Corporation. Accordingly, the Assistant Commissioner of corporation filed a complaint before the respondent for taking further action against the land grabbers.

3. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that admittedly civil dispute is pending between the petitioners and his neighbour with regard to the property, which belongs to the Government. He would further submit that the petitioners are innocent and they are no way connected with the offence, as alleged by the prosecution.

4. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the State would submit that the Government property was fenced by the petitioners and that the investigation is still pending. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

5. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and also considering the nature of offence, I am not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioners. Accordingly, this petition is dismissed.
