This Civil Revision Petition is filed under Article 227 of the Constitution of India, to issue a direction to the Additional District Judge, Dindigul to expedite the Case in EP.No.201 of 2016 in OS.No.92 of 2010 and pass orders within a reasonable time period fixed by this Hon'ble Court and thus render justice. ORDER:

This Revision/Appeal Petition coming on for orders on this day and upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of MR.V.Sukumar, Advocate for the petitioner and upon perusing the earlier order of this Court dated 12.04.2018 and the requisition letter submitted by Additional District Judge, Dindigul Vide D.No.221 dated 02.03.2019, this Court made the following order:

By letter dated 02.03.2019, the learned Additional District Judge, Dindigul has requested further time of six months to dispose the case in E.P.No.201 of 2016 in O.S.No.92 of 2010.

2. Considering the aforesaid request, time is extended further for a period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, to comply with the order passed by this Court dated 12.04.2018.
