Heard Mr.S.Savarimuthu, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Mr.M.Siddharthan, learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents.
2. The petitioner School has filed this writ petition seeking to direct the respondents consider the proposal dated 14.06.2023 for approval of appointment of G.Leo Antony Raj working as Physical Education Teacher with effect from 01.06.2023 and release salary with all service and monetary benefits.

3. The petitioner School has appointed one G.Leo Antony Raj as Physical Education Teacher in their School with effect from 01.06.2023 and the proposal sent for approval of the above appointment to the fourth respondent has not been considered so far. Hence, the writ petition.
4. Considering the limited scope of the prayer sought for in the writ petition, the writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the respondents 3 and 4 to consider the proposal of the petitioner School dated 14.06.2023 on merits and pass appropriate orders in accordance with law within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. No costs.
