This quash petition is filed to quash the criminal proceedings in C.C.No.1 of 2014 pending on the file of the Judicial Magistrate Court, Kamuthi as against the petitioner. 2.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that in this case, the trial has been completed and the matter is posted for questioning of the accused under Section 313 of Cr.P.C. 3.Recording the same, since the case is posted for questioning the accused under Section 313 of Cr.P.C., the prayer sought for by the learned counsel for the petitioner cannot be granted now.

4.In view of the same, this criminal original petition is dismissed. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are also dismissed.
