ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed, invoking Section 482 Cr.P.C., seeking orders to transfer the investigation of the case in Crime No. 18 of 2023 on the file of the 3rd Respondent to the 4th Respondent and to conduct fair investigation within the stipulated period.

2. Now the grievance of the petitioner is that First Information Report has been filed against the deceased person who is son of the petitioner.

3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that investigation is going on, a number of witnesses have been examined and 2/5

documents have been collected. Within three months investigation will be completed.

4. At the time of occurrence, whether the fourth and fifth respondents are not having valid driving license and they had only LLR is the matter for consideration by the Investigation Officer. For which, the petitioner cannot seek transfer of investigation, since the First Information Report has been registered recently.

5. Recording the submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, the 3rd respondent is directed to complete the investigation within three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

6. With the above said direction, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
