ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the respondent to expeditiously file a final report in Crime No.497 of 2021 on the file of the respondent police.

2. According to the petitioner, the petitioner is the de facto complainant in this case and based on the complaint, the respondent registered a case in Crime No.497 of 2021 for the offences under Sections 294(b), 323, 447 and 506(1) of the Indian Penal Code, 1860. But so far, the respondent has not completed the investigation. Therefore, the petitioner filed this petition.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the respondent would submit that there is a counter case also filed as against this petitioner and thereby, they have to conduct elaborate investigation and the investigation in this case is pending. Some of the accused also died and they have to examine so many witnesses to ascertain the case. The learned 2/4

Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the respondent also assured that they will compete the investigation within one month.

4. Considering the prayer of the petitioner and the respondent also assured to complete the investigation within one month and recording the same, this Court directs the respondent to complete the investigation and to file final report within a period of one (1) month from the date of this order.

5. With the above said directions, this Criminal Original Petition stands disposed of.
