This Criminal Original Petition has been filed for a direction to the first respondent not to harass the petitioner and his family members.

When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) submitted that the petitioner is not harassed and only to find out the whereabouts of the petitioner's son, who has been arrayed as accused for the alleged commission of Arms Act, the petitioner is only called for enquiry.

3. In view of the same, this Criminal Original Petition stands closed.
