O R D E R

This petition is filed to change the investigation in crime No.10 of 2014 on the file of the 3rd respondent and depute any responsible officer of any other police station within his jurisdiction other than the police officer of the Viralimalai police station and investigate the same.

2.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that the investigation in crime No.10 of 2014 on the file of the 3rd respondent police has been completed and laid the charge sheet, which was also taken cognizance in S.T.C.No.1124 of 2016 on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate, Keeranur. 3.Recording the said submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, since the prayer sought for in this petition has become infructuous, this petition is dismissed as infructuous.
