This criminal original petition has been filed seeking to quash the FIR in Crime No.214 of 2022, on the file of the first respondent police. 2.There is no representation for the petitioner. 3.When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent police submits that in this case, after completion of investigation, final report has been filed before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Muthukalathur and the same is not taken on file.
4.Recording the said submission, this criminal original petition is closed with a direction to the learned Judicial Magistrate, Muthukalathur, to take the final report on file within a period of two weeks, from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. The petitioner is at liberty to challenge the final report, if he is so advised.
