This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the second respondent to register the petitioner's complaint dated 03.04.2017 pending before the respondent police. 2.Heard the learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents.

3.The petitioner appears to have given a complaint as against his own brother, with regard to a dispute arose between him and his brother.

4.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor has produced before this Court, a closure report / memo that was furnished to the petitioner. As per the closure report dated 29.10.2017, after an enquiry, the complaint lodged by the petitioner was closed with a direction to the parties to approach the Court for appropriate relief.

5.Recording the said statement, the Criminal Original Petition is closed with liberty to the petitioner to file a protest petition, if he is advised.
