This Petition has been filed to direct 2nd respondent to take action on the petitioner's representation dated 23.02.2022 and conduct enquiry and act in accordance with law.

2. It is seen that the petitioner has lodged complaint before the second respondent on 22.02.2022 and the same is still pending without any progress.

3.In view of the same, the second respondent police is directed to conduct enquiry, on the complaint lodged by the petitioner after issuing notice to the petitioner and the concerned rival parties and dispose of the same, within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4. With the above direction, the Writ petition stands disposed of. No costs.
