ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner/ accused No.1 apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 148, 294(b) and 506(ii) IPC, in Crime No.61 of 2012 and seeks anticipatory bail.
2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl Side) appearing for the respondent.
3.On account of his absence Non-Bailable Warrant came to be issued. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner undertakes that the petitioner shall regularly appear on all future hearing dates and if he is not able to attend, the proper application under Section 317 Cr.P.C would be filed for condoning his absence. If these conditions are breached, this order would stand automatically cancelled.
4.Recording the undertaking given by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, the petitioner is permitted to appear before the learned Judicial Magistrate Court, Kamuthi, on the next hearing date and apply for recall of warrant. On filing of https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
