This Criminal Original petition has been filed for issuing a direction to the second respondent to complete the investigation and file final report in Crime No.391 of 2015, on the file of the second respondent before the concerned Judicial Magistrate. 2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents.

3.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor on instructions would submit that the investigation is almost completed and final report is likely to be filed before the learned Judicial Magistrate concerned.

4.Recording the said submission, the second respondent is directed to complete the investigation and file final report in Crime No.391 of 2015, before the learned Judicial Magistrate concerned within a period of two months from the date of receipt a of copy of this order. Accordingly, the Criminal Original Petition is ordered.
