ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioners are apprehending arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offences punishable under Sections 406, 420, 468, 471, 120-B & 506(i) of IPC in Crime No.5 of 2018 on the file of the respondent police and seek anticipatory bail. 2.The petitioners were figuring as accused Nos.2 to 5. The main accused appears to be the first accused, who is the son of the petitioners 1 and 2 herein.

3.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioners submits that they shall deposit a sum of Rs.1,50,000/- (Rupees One Lakh and Fifty Thousand only) to the credit of Crime No.5 of 2018 before the Jurisdictional Magistrate Court. It is open to the defacto complainant to withdraw the same immediately thereafter. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 4.The learned counsel would further submit that a car standing in the name of the son of the defacto complainant is with

the first accused. The learned counsel for the petitioners undertakes that they will have no objection, if the said vehicle is seized and taken possession by the defacto complainant. 5.Recording these twin undertakings given by the petitioner, this Court granted anticipatory bail to the petitioners with certain conditions. Accordingly, the petitioners are ordered to be released on bail in the event of arrest or on their appearance before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.II, Tiruchirappalli, and on them executing a bond for a sum of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand only) each with two sureties each for a like sum to the satisfaction of the learned Magistrate concerned and on further condition that the petitioners shall appear before the respondent police as and when required for interrogation.

The petitioners shall comply with the conditions stipulated under Section 438 Cr.P.C. Scrupulously. 6.The petitioners shall appear before the concerned Magistrate within a period of 15 days from the date on which the order copy is made ready, failing which, the petition for anticipatory bail shall stand dismissed.
