ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed under Section 482 of Cr.P.C.praying this Court to direct the first respondent to instruct the second respondent to register the First Information Report on the basis of the Petitioner's complaint dated 11.04.2015 on the file of the respondents.

2.Heard the learned counsel for the Petitioner and the learned Government Advocate(Crl.Side) appearing for the respondents/State and perused the records.

3.When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned Government Advocate(Crl.Side) would submit that based on the complaint given by the Petitioner, enquiry was conducted and closed. 4.In view of the said submission, the Criminal Original Petition closed.
