3. Learned Additional Public Prosecutor on instructions submitted that petition enquiry was conducted and the complaint was closed. Though R.C. Notice was not served on the petitioner, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor today served a copy of the R.C.S.Notice along with Closure Report to the learned counsel for the petitioner.

4. Recording the said statement, the Criminal Original petition is closed.
