ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner, who is arrayed as the A3 in Crime No.187 of 2008 on the file of the respondent police, was arrested in pursuant to the non bailable warrant and arrested on 26.03.2015 for the alleged offences punishable under Sections 148, 149, 323 and 341 of I.P.C and Section 3 of TNPPDL Act and hence, seeks bail.

2.The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has been regularly appearing before the trial Court in P.R.C.No.1 of 2010 and due to the ill health of his parents, he was unable to appear before the trial Court on 20.08.2014 and hence, non bailable warrant was issued against the petitioner. He further submits that the petitioner undertakes to appear before the trial Court for all future hearing dates, without fail.

3.Heard the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) appearing for the respondent.

4.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this Court is inclined to grant bail to the petitioner with certain conditions. Accordingly, the petitioner is ordered to be released on bail on https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ executing a bond for a sum of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand only)

with two sureties each for a like sum to the satisfaction of the learned Judicial Magistrate No.V, Tirunelveli and on further condition that the petitioner shall appear before the trial Court for all future hearing dates without fail.
