ORDER

This petition has been filed seeking police protection for measurement of the land belonged to the petitioner. 2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) for the first respondent. 3.The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the second respondent, who is the adjacent owner of the petitioner, attempted to construct a building by making encroachment over the petitioner's property and therefore, she wanted to have measurement of the property, for which, police protection is required.

4.The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the first respondent submitted that petition enquiry is pending and after completion of enquiry, the respondent police will make necessary arrangements if necessary. 5.Under such circumstances, notice to the second respondent is dispensed with.

6.The first respondent shall enquire the petitioner as well as second respondent and take a decision based upon the facts emerging in the enquiry.

7.This Criminal Original Petition is disposed of with the above direction.
