ORDER
Considering the limited scope of the relief sought for in the writ petition, with the consent of the learned counsel on either side, the writ petition is taken up for final disposal at the stage of admission itself. 2.The petitioner seeks issuance of a Writ of Mandamus to cancel the UDR patta issued to the respondents 5 and 6.
3.According to the petitioner, the petitioner has made a representation to the competent authority, namely, the first respondent from 30.11.2024. 2/4
4.The learned Government Advocate appearing for the official respondents 1 to 3, on instructions, submits that the said representation of the petitioner has been received by the first respondent and the same will be considered in accordance with law.
5.Recording the said submissions of the learned Government Advocate, this Writ Petition is disposed of with a direction to the first respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner to remove the name of the respondents 5 and 6 from the patta and pass final orders, after affording an opportunity of personal hearing to the petitioner as well as the respondents 5 and 6. The said exercise shall be completed within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. No costs.
