O R D E R

This Writ Petition is filed seeking a direction to the first respondent, to consider the petitioner's complaint/representation dated 04.11.2025 in a fair, independent and impartial and appropriate enquiry in accordance with law by affording due opportunity to all parties concerned.

2. By consent, this Writ Petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself.

3. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner has already sent a complaint/representation dated 04.11.2025, seeking to conduct a fair, independent and impartial and appropriate enquiry in accordance with law, by affording due opportunity to all parties concerned. Since the same was not considered till date, the petitioner has approached this Court. 2/4

4. The learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the first respondent would submit that the complaint/representation of the petitioner dated 04.11.2025 would be considered in accordance with law.

5. In view of the above, this Court, without going into the merits of the matter, directs the first respondent to consider and pass orders on the complaint/representation of the petitioner dated 04.11.2025, on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of twelve (12) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

6. With the above direction, this Writ Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
