Respondents/Complainant PRAYER: Criminal Original Petition filed under Section 482 of Cr.P.C. praying to direct the 2nd respondent to speed up the investigation by collection of call detail records for the mobile No.94431 36609 and complete the investigation and to file a final report in Crime No.63 of 2016.

ORDER

It is an application seeking a direction to the second respondent to speed up the investigation by collecting call details for the mobile No.94431 36609 and complete the investigation and to file a final report in Crime No.63 of 2016.

2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) for the respondents. 3.The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the call details would be available in the server only for a period of one year and in respect of mobile No.94431 36609, the call https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

details would be available only upto 02.11.2016. Therefore, unless the second respondent get the call details for the said mobile number, it will be completely erased from the server.

4. The learned Government Advocate (Criminal side) would submit that call details were already obtained and major part of investigation is over and the second respondent requires three months time to complete the investigation and to file a final report in Crime No.63 of 2016.

5.Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of with a direction to the second respondent to complete the investigation and to file a final report before the Court concerned within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
