by this Court in CRL.OP(MD).No.58 of 2025, dated 06.01.2025.
2. Mr.S.Vijayakumar, the learned counsel for the petitioner, submits that the petitioner has been complying with the condition regularly and he prays for relaxation of the said condition.
3. Mr.S.S.Manoj, the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the respondent- police submits that the petitioner has been complying with the condition regularly without any violation.
4. In view of the said submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side), this Court is inclined to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in the said Criminal Original Petition.
5. Accordingly, this petition is allowed and condition No.7(b) imposed by this Court in the order dated 06.01.2025 passed in CRL.OP(MD).No.58 of 2025, is hereby fully relaxed.
