This petition is filed for issuing a direction to the learned Judicial Magistrate No.VI, Madurai, to expedite the trial in C.C.No.52 of 2015 within a time frame.

2. The petitioner states that he lodged a complaint on 24.11.2012 and that the same was registered against the four named accused persons for the offences under Sections 120(B), 420 and 506 (ii) of IPC in Crime No.1120 of 2012. Though the final report was filed and the case was taken on file in C.C.No.52 of 2015, by the learned Judicial Magistrate No.VI, Madurai, the trial is being dragged unnecessarily, because of the non co-operation of the respondent.

3. Heard the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent.

4. Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, this Court is inclined to allow the petition. Accordingly,

the Criminal Original Petition is allowed and the learned Judicial Magistrate No.VI, Madurai is directed to complete the trial and dispose of the C.C.No.52 of 2015 within a period of six months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
