ORDER

This Petition has been filed to direct the respondents to accord adequate police protection to petitioner's life and limb while his physical access is on his business and the stay in his home in pursuance to his compliant dated 24.02.2022

It is seen that the petitioner has lodged complaint as against his own son and hooligans who were engaged by his son and it is pending on the file of the second respondent for enquiry. 3.In view of the same, the second respondent police is directed to conduct enquiry, on the complaint lodged by the petitioner after issuing notice to the petitioner and the counter parties and dispose of the same, within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
