It is an application seeking a direction to the respondent not to interfere in the civil dispute of the petitioner. 2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) for the respondent. 3.The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the father of the petitioner by name Rajanayagam had too many legal heirs and after passing away of his daughter viz., Karpagam, his two sons are creating problem.

nature and presence of the petitioner is not required for enquiry. 5.Recording the submission made, this Criminal Original Petition is closed.
