ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed, invoking Section 482 Cr.P.C., seeking orders to call for the records relating to the FIR in Crime No.3 of 2022 on the file of the first respondent and quash the same as against the petitioner.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the first respondent would submit that the first respondent, after completing the investigation, has filed the final report and the case was taken on file in C.C.No.3 of 2023 and the same is pending on the file of the Special Court for Vigilance and Anti-Corruption, Tiruchirappalli.

3. Recording the submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, this Criminal Original Petition stands disposed of. However, the petitioner is at liberty to challenge the charge sheet, if so advised.
