This Civil Revision Petition has been filed against the order passed in order passed in I.A.No.05 of 2018 in unfiled Appeal Suit in S.R.No.678 of 2018 on the file of the Subordinate Court, Aruppukottai dated 13.01.2020.

2.The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that in I.A.No.05 of 2018 filed in A.S.No.SR.678 of 2018 has been allowed and the appeal suit was numbered as A.S.No.11 of 2020 and the said appeal suit was disposed on 15.10.2024.

3.In view of the above nothing remains to be considered in this petition. Accordingly, this Civil Revision Petition is closed. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
